Ingredients:
2 cups cooked white rice
2 cups milk
3 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
mix all of the above in a heavy bottom sauce pan.
bring to a gentle boil over medium low heat. stir often to make sure it doesn’t burn.
cook for 15-20 min., or until thickened.
let cool for 10 minute.
searve hot or cold, and enjoy!
