Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon sage
1/4 teaspoon thyme
4 boneless pork loin chops
1 tablespoon oil
1 onions, sliced
Directions:
Mix the dry ingredients and sprinkle on both sides of the pork chops.
Brown chops in oil.
Place each of the chops on a piece of heavy foil.
Layer each with onions.
Seal pouches tightly.
Place on baking sheet.
Bake at 425* for 30 minutes.
