Ingredients:
250 ml orange juice
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
250 g couscous
40 g sultanas
25 ml olive oil
30 g butter
Directions:
Bring orange, cinnamon and oil to the boil.
Add the couscous and sultanas.
Remove from the heat and leave for 3 minutes with the lid firmly on.
Stir in the butter.
