Ingredients:
1 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 cup brown sugar, packed
2 cups chopped pecans
Directions:
Add brown sugar to beaten egg white and then fold in pecans.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on to ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 325* about 6 to 8 minutes.
