Ingredients:
1 eggs
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup flour
1 dash pepper
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (14 3/4 ounce) cans pink salmon, remove bones and skin if desired
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together.
Form into “patties” that resemble hamburger patties.
Brown in oil on both sides for approximately 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
I serve mine and most like ketchup poured over the top, just depends on your taste buds!
