Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1/4 cup purchased barbecue sauce
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
2 teaspoons chili-garlic sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
4 hamburger buns
4 lettuce leaves
1 tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 small onions, thinly sliced
Directions:
Combine meat patty ingredients in a medium bowl; mix well.
Divide mixture into 4 equal portions; lightly shape each into a patty about 4 inches in diameter.
Combine hoisin barbecue sauce ingredients in a small bowl; mix well.
Place a grill pan over high heat until hot.
Place patties on pan and cook turning once, until done to your liking, for 3 to 4 minutes on each side for medium rare.
Top each burger with a tablespoon of hoisin barbecue sauce.
Serve patties in hamburger buns with lettuce, sliced tomato, and onion.
