Double-Fruit Shakes

Ingredients:
4 cups non-fat vanilla yogurt
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen sweetened strawberries or 2 (10 ounce) packages raspberries, partially thawed
2 medium bananas, sliced ( 2 cups)

Directions:
Place all ingredients in blender container.
Cover and blend about 30 seconds or until smooth.
Variation: Turn this into a Double Fruit Parfait by layering the yogurt-and-fruit.
mixture with fresh raspberries or sliced strawberries in a tall glass.

Servings: 8
