Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 cup raw rice
1 green peppers ( chopped)
1 medium onions ( chopped)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can French onion soup
1 can water
2 teaspoons cajun seasoning ( to taste)
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1 minced jalapenos (optional)
1 teaspoon hot sauce ( to taste)
2 green onions, chopped
Directions:
Brown ground beef and drain.
Mix everything together.
Bake in covered dish about 2 hours at 350.
Top w/ green onions before serving.
Note: You may substitute 1/2 pound ground meat and 1/2 pound sausage.
