Ingredients:
1 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon tomato sauce ( ketchup)
1 tablespoon light sour cream
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce ( Use vegetarian version to make this recipe vegetarian.)
1 tablespoon flat leaf parsley, chopped
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together.
Simmer in a non-stick frying pan for 5 minutes.
