Ingredients:
6 center-cut pork chops ( fat trimmed off)
salt & pepper
sour cream
corn flakes, in crumbs
Directions:
Heat oven to 325F degrees.
Season pork chops with salt& pepper.
Coat both sides with sour cream and then corn flakes crumbs.
Place on cookie sheet and bake for 45 minutes or until done.
