Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
3 (10 inch) flour tortillas
1 cup refried beans
1/2 cup cilantro leaves (optional)
salsa
Directions:
Mix cream cheese and garlic powder until blended.
Spread each tortilla with a thin layer of refried beans.
Spread cream cheese over beans, top with cilantro leaves.
Roll up tightly.
Refrigerate 30 minute.
Cut into 1/2 inch slices.
Serve with salsa.
