Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup low-fat ricotta
1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
1 cup parmesan cheese
pepper, to taste
1/2 linguine
Directions:
Bring a pot of water to boil, salt lightly and cook pasta till al dente.
Drain.
Return to pot, add butter and toss over low heat till butter is melted and coats pasta.
Stir ricotta and yogurt in and gradually add parmesan, stirring continuously until sauce is warm and cheese melts.
Sprinkle with pepper.
