Ingredients:
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4-1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 cups milk
1 (10 3/4 ounce) cans condensed cream of celery soup
1/2 lb American cheese, cubed ( I use Velveeta)
6 large baking potatoes, peeled
1 cup chopped onions
paprika
Directions:
In saucepan, combine flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Gradually whisk in milk until smooth.
Bring to boil, cook and stir for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat; whisk in soup and cheese until smooth; set aside.
Cut potatoes into 4″x1/2″x1/2″ sticks; place into greased 13×9′ baking dish.
Sprinkle with onion and top with cheese sauce.
Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
Sprinkle with paprika.
