Ingredients:
1 cup whipping cream ( or non-dairy whipping cream)
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 (250 ml) containers frozen orange juice concentrate
1 box instant vanilla flavor pudding and pie filling
Directions:
Whip the cream until stiff.
Add the sugar and continue whipping.
Add the eggs once at a time, beating continuously.
Add the orange juice and vanilla pudding, beat until smooth.
Pour into ice cream container and freeze.
