Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) cans sweet peas, drained
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon sugar
1 dash salt and pepper
Directions:
Melt butter over medium high heat, and drain peas.
Add all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 10 minutes, or until cream has thickened.
Stir occasionally.
