Ingredients:
1 lb ground chuck
1 large onions ( chopped)
1 green peppers ( chopped finely)
1 (15 ounce) cans kidney beans ( drained and rinsed)
4 large potatoes ( peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick)
1 (8 3/4 ounce) cans corn ( undrained)
1 (14 ounce) cans tomatoes ( chopped)
1 tablespoon chili powder
salt & pepper
Directions:
Brown burger with the onion and gr.
pepper.
Drain off grease.
Then add rest of ingredients.
Simmer till potatoes are soft.
About 30 minutes.
