Ingredients:
1 (5 ounce) cans chunk canned chicken, breast, drained and flaked ( you might try tuna)
1/4 cup mayonnaise or 1/4 cup salad dressing
1/4 cup shredded carrots
2 tablespoons raisins
2 tablespoons chopped dry roasted peanuts
salt and pepper
2 ice cream cones
lettuce leaves
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients. Season to taste.
Line cones with lettuce, and spoon in filling.
