Ingredients:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 cup onions, thinly sliced
8 ounces white mushrooms, rinsed and sliced
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon thyme, chopped
1/2 cup sour cream
Directions:
Heat the oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
Add onion, mushrooms, salt, garlic, and pepper and cook, stirring, about 2 minutes.
Add the chicken broth and thyme and cook until almost all the liquid is evaporated, about 3 to 4 minutes.
Add the sour cream, and toss to combine.
