Ingredients:
2 (14 ounce) cans coconut milk
2 boxes instant vanilla flavor pudding and pie filling

Directions:
Whip the coconut milk with the instant pudding.
Pour into a freezer container and freeze for several hours.
To serve, scrape sorbet with a heavy spoon and serve shavings in a dessert glass.
