Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons curry powder
2 tablespoons minced green onions
1/4 minced celery
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
4 cups chopped cooked chicken
salt & freshly ground black pepper
lettuce
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients except the lettuce in a medium-size bowl.
Serve on lettuce leaves.
