Ingredients:
4 thick pork chops, About 1 inch Thick
1 onions, Chopped
2 cups mushrooms, Sliced
4 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette ( Kraft Special Collection)
1 1/2 cups MINUTE White Rice, Uncooked
10 1/2 ounces chicken broth
10 1/2 ounces water
2 red apples, Chopped
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Directions:
Spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
Add Pork Chops and cook on medium-high heat for 4 minutes on each side or until browned.
Add Onion, Mushrooms and Dressing and cook an additional 3 minutes.
Stir in Rice, Broth, Water, Apples and Thyme.
Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until heated through.
