Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/3 cup cocoa
1 dash salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup mayonnaise or 1 cup Miracle Whip
1 cup warm water
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together & beat till smooth.
Pour into a 9 x 13 inch greased & floured pan, and bake at 350 F for about 35-45 minutes.
Cool & frost with your favorite frosting.
