Ingredients:
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1 lb ground beef ( diet lean)
2 cups sliced scallions
4 cubes instant chicken-flavored broth ( Herb-Ox)
3 cups hot water
4 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons oyster sauce
4 teaspoons soy sauce
6 teaspoons cornstarch
Directions:
Saute’ meat and seasonings.
Add scallions.
Dissolve Herb-Ox in water and add to meat.
Add sugar, oyster sauce and soy sauce.
Mix corn starch with some of the liquid to thicken.
