Ingredients:
1 onions, chopped
1 small green bell peppers, chopped
16 ounces tomatoes, cut up
1 (16 ounce) cans canned kidney beans, drained
8 ounces corn
8 ounces tomato sauce
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 bay leaves
24 frozen meatballs
cheddar cheese, grated
corn chips
Directions:
In a saucepan, combine onion, pepper, tomatoes, kidney beans, undrained corn, tomato sauce, salt, chili powder and bay leaf. Bring to a boil. Add meatballs, cover and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove bay leaf. Serve in individual bowls, topped with cheese and corn chips on the side.
