Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken, cut into tenders
8 ounces pineapple juice
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 tablespoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 1/2 tablespoons molasses
1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes (optional)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 2 hours.
Serve over hot rice.
