Ingredients:
1 cup cubed cooked chicken ( or turkey)
1/4 cup cooked rice
1/4 cup mixed vegetables, cooked
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup milk
Directions:
Blend or puree together.
Reheat as needed or freeze into cubes in an ice cube tray to make meals ahead of time.
