Ingredients:
1 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of chicken and broccoli soup
1 1/2 cups water
3/4 cup uncooked rice
1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 (2 7/8 ounce) cans French-fried onions
4 chicken breasts
paprika
pepper
Directions:
In 3 quart baking dish, combine first 4 ingredients and 1/2 can onions. Arrange chicken on top and sprinkle with spices. Bake at 375F for one hour. Top with remaining onions. Bake 3 more minutes or until onions are brown.
