Ingredients:
1 cup whipping cream
4 tablespoons sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
8 ounces sour cream
1 (21 ounce) cans cherry pie filling
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
Whip cream to soft peaks.
Slowly add sugar, salt and vanilla.
Beat to stiff peaks.
Fold in sour cream.
Spoon half the pie filling in parfait glasses.
Top with the cream mix.
Repeat the layers.
Sprinkle with nuts.
