Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup butter
1 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup grated carrots

Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Cut in butter with a pastry blender.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Spoon into muffin cups (greased or paper-lined).
Bake at 400* for 20 minutes.
