Ingredients:
4 tuna steaks
1 tablespoon lime juice
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon jamaican jerk spice
Directions:
Place tuna steaks in a large zip-top plastic bag.
Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over tuna; turn to coat; seal bag and refrigerate 20-30 minutes.
Lightly grease grill rack; place tuna on grill.
Grill approx.
5 minutes per side or until fish flakes; apply extra marinade during grill time to keep tuna moist.
