Ingredients:
4 ounces smoked turkey breast
2 slices swiss cheese
2 slices tomatoes
2 slices red onions
2 slices crispy bacon
2 tablespoons guacamole
1 bunch alfalfa sprouts
2 lettuce leaves
1 croissants, split

Directions:
Layer the smoked turkey, cheese, tomato, red onion bacon and lettuce on bottom half of croissant.
Top with a small bunch of sprouts.
Spread guacamole on the top half of croissant, place face down on sandwich and serve.
