Ingredients:
2 butterfly boneless pork chops
1 1/2 tablespoons paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons sage
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper or 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons oil
Directions:
Combine spices, mix well.
Rub mixture thoroughly onto both sides of each chop.
Pan fry in oil, cooking both sides, until done.
