Ingredients:
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed and cooked
1 large onions, chopped
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
1 medium green peppers, chopped
1 medium red peppers, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 (4 ounce) cans sliced mushrooms, drained
2 cups milk
1 lb Velveeta Mexican cheese
3 -4 garlic cloves, minced
1 lb fettuccine pasta, cooked and drained
parmesan cheese, for sprinkling

Directions:
Saute onion, peppers, celery, and garlic in melted margarine.
Add mushrooms and chicken.
Melt together cheese and milk, stir until smooth.
Combine noodles with cheese and chicken mixture.
Spread in greased 9×13 pan.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until heated through.
