Ingredients:
2 lbs beef, cubed
1 can condensed golden mushroom soup
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 cup red wine ( Burgundy preferred, of course)
mushrooms or onions or garlic (optional)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Place all ingredients in baking dish and stir well.
Bake for 2 hrs.
Uncover the last 1/2 hr so the liquid will cook down.
Serve over noodles.
