Ingredients:
2 cups bread, cubes
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/4 cups milk
1/2 cup raisins
2 slightly beaten eggs
1/2 cup walnuts
1 tablespoon butter

Directions:
Combine all ingredients except butter.
Mix lightly.
Turn into greased one quart baking dish.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 325F until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 45-50 minutes.
