Ingredients:
4 scoops whey protein, Bio-Chem’s Whey Protein natural vanilla flavor
1 cup frozen strawberries or 1 cup peaches or 1 cup raspberries
1 cup frozen blueberries
2 tablespoons flax seed oil
1/2 teaspoon green stevia powder
14 ounces water
2 ounces unsweetened cranberry juice, Knudsen Just Cranberry

Directions:
Add ingredients to a blender in the order listed and mix until smooth and frothy.
Note: as a variation don’t use blackberries (you’ll end up with a mouthful of seeds you’ll have to spit out)!
