Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk
1/3 cup dry oatmeal
1/16 cup flax seeds, ground
1/16 cup oat bran
1 frozen bananas
3 large frozen strawberries
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Put all ingredients in blender and process until smooth.

Servings: 1
