Ingredients:
4 (16 ounce) cans boston baked beans
1 (16 ounce) cans crushed pineapple ( drained)
1 (12 ounce) jars Heinz Chili Sauce
1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
1/2 cup jack daniels Bourbon
1/4 cup brown sugar ( firmly packed)
1/2 cup onions ( chopped) (optional)
1 tablespoon molasses
3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
Directions:
To make the coffee, dissolve 1 tsp of instant coffee in 1/2 cup of hot water.
Combine all ingredients in pot and cook over low heat for 2 hours, or put in covered baking dish and bake at 350 F for 2 hours, or put in crock pot on high for 3-4 hours.
