Ingredients:
2 cups low-fat plain yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
1 cup blueberries, fresh,rinsed
1 bananas, very ripe

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Blend on medium speed until smooth and frothy.
Pour into glasses and serve.
