Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) cans unseasoned black beans, drained and rinsed
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon vanilla

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all ingredients in a food processor, scraping down the sides a few times to make sure it is evenly blended.
Pour into an 8×8 pan sprayed with non stick cooking spray.
Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Place leftovers in the fridge!
