Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon yeast
2 cups all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
Directions:
Combine first 8 ingredients.
Cover and let rest overnight in the fridge.
In the morning, add eggs.
Bake according to your waffle iron directions.
