Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped green peppers (optional)
2 cups dry elbow macaroni
2 cups water
1 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
2 teaspoons finely chopped garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Brown beef, onion and green pepper in olive oil. Add pasta, water, tomato sauce, garlic,and salt.
Cook for 14 to 16 minutes. Stir in evaporated milk.
Bring to a boil; remove from heat.
Stir in cheese.
