Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs boneless beef roast, cubed
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons onion salt
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 cup beef broth
1 1/2 quarts water
1 lb egg noodles, unprepared

Directions:
In large, oven-proof skillet or a Dutch oven, brown beef cubes in oil and salts.
Add vinegar to pan.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Add beef broth and water to pan.
Cover pan and place in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.
Remove from oven, bring to boil on stovetop, and add noodles.
Boil for 20 minutes.
