Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup finely chopped green peppers
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon celery seeds
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 lb thinly sliced cooked pork or 1/2 lb leftover pork roast ( can also use cooked beef or lamb instead of pork)
2 -4 French rolls, split and toasted

Directions:
Combine tomato sauce, onion, green pepper and sugar in a medium saucepan.
Stir in vinegar, Worcestershire, mustard, chili powder, celery seeds and garlic.
Bring to a boil and reduce heat.
Add meat, simmer covered until meat is heated through (10-15 minutes).
Spoon mixture on the bottom half of rolls, cover with top halves.

Servings: 2-4

Time total: 15 min.
