Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 eggs
1/3 cup oil
3 large bananas or 4 small bananas, mashed
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Bake in an 8×8-inch glass baking dish.
Bake in preheated 350F oven for 45 to 60 minutes.
Top/ice with Cream cheese& icing (powdered) sugar mixture.
