Baked Rice Custard

Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 cups milk
1 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup lightly packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325.
Lightly grease a 1-quart casserole dish.
Beat the eggs and milk together.
Add the rice, sugar, and salt and combine well.
Pour into casserole dish and set in a pan of hot water in the oven.
Bake for 1 hour.

Servings: 6

Time preparation: 10 min.

Time total: 70 min.
