Ingredients:
6 stone fruit, thinly sliced ( eg peaches, nectarines, plums)
2 pears
2 cinnamon sticks
1 oranges, juice of
1/3 cup honey
1 tablespoon brown sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 200 C.
Place fruit in a baking tray with the cinnamon, orange juice.
Cover with honey and sprinkle brown sugar.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with yoghurt, ice cream or custard.
