Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef ( or 1/2 pound each ground beef and ground pork)
3/4 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1 1/2 teaspoons hot chili-garlic sauce ( or to taste)
Directions:
Prepare you own favorite recipe for meatballs, then shape into tiny balls.
Bake or saute them in a frypan until browned and cooked.
Bring all the sauce ingredients to a boil over medium heat uncovered stirring often until thickened (about 10-15 minutes).
Once the meatballs are cooked, place them in a serving dish and pour the sauce over them and serve.
