Ingredients:
3 apples, peeled
1 cup apple juice
1 cup milk
1 cup plain yogurt
3 tablespoons honey

Directions:
Cut apples into quarters.
Remove the seeds and cut into small pieces.
Put all ingredients in a blender and puree.
Pour into glasses and serve chilled.

Servings: 4
