Ingredients:
1 (18 1/4 ounce) packages spice cake mix
1 (21 ounce) cans apple pie filling
2 eggs
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into a greased 13x9x2 pan.
Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
Cool on a wire rack.
